Product description
Beautiful and large vintage pendant lamp by the Belgian brand Massive, produced in the late 1960s / early 1970s. This lamp is a classic example of Space Age design from that era and is characterized by its elegant circular chrome frame in which a large mushroom-shaped shade is suspended. The lamp is inspired by similar Dutch designs produced by Dijkstra.
The combination of the minimalist metal structure and the rounded shade creates a stylish and timeless appearance that fits perfectly within a vintage, mid-century modern, or space-age interior. It is a true statement piece that immediately draws attention and catches the eye!
The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned and checked and is ready for use. It shows some minor, superficial scratches consistent with its age, but these are hardly noticeable in normal use and do not detract from the overall look of the lamp.
Thanks to its size and distinctive form, this lamp works beautifully as a focal point above a dining table, in a living room, or in an entrance hall with some ceiling height. The diffused light through the shade creates a warm and atmospheric ambiance.
