A true fifties vase executed in a combination of brown, beige and white glaze with glossy finish.

Origin: France, 1950s.
Material: ceramic.
Vallauris is sometimes considered the ceramics capital of France, partly because of Picasso's stay and work in this town in the 1950s.
However, ceramic production goes back much further, to Gallo Roman times.
Vallauris ceramics are characterized by quirky, hip designs by the artists and the high quality of the pottery fired at high temperatures.
