Beautiful and extremely rare gold-colored sunburst mirror with convex glass, made entirely of gold-plated wood, an authentic design object from the early 1950s, France. Its exceptional size makes this a very impressive mirror, a real eye-catcher in your interior!
Highly sought after by serious collectors, the mirror is decorated and made after an antique example. The whole has a beautiful patina of age and fits seamlessly into a modern or vintage interior – a true collector's item!
These mirrors are becoming increasingly rare, especially those made entirely of wood. They are a timeless collector's item, also known as a witch's mirror or butler's mirror because of the convex glass.
This beautiful object is in very good vintage condition with no missing parts. There is some minor damage at the ends of the sunbursts, and slight age-related spotting on the mirror glass, but nothing serious. Check the photos for more details!
