Superb large zoomorphic pitcher in glazed earthenware, depicting a duck, made by the Saint-Clément factory and signed on the base (discreet but visible signature).
With its impressive height of 33 cm, this pitcher stands out for its decorative presence. The glossy glaze in shades of deep green, brown, and ochre, as well as the detailed plumage, are characteristic of French production from the mid-20th century (1950s–1970s).
The spout serves as a pourer, and the opening on the back allows for easy filling. A piece that is both decorative and functional, ideal for vintage decor, a country house, or a collection of French ceramics.
