Product description
Decorative Kenyan wooden mask, hand-carved and painted in black and earth tones, with geometric motifs and carved details. The mask is dated 1991 and bears the designation "Jambo Kenya," indicating it was made for the tourist or decorative market.
The design combines an expressive face with an open mouth, carved eyes, and inlaid figurative elements on the forehead. The finish with painted patterns and contrasting surfaces is typical of late 20th-century Kenyan souvenirs and decorative objects.
