Beautiful and large pale celadon porcelain bowl from Limoges, L. Michelaud, 1930s-1950s, a rare vine leaf pattern also used by Bernardaud. An uncommon piece, especially in this celadon shade. Perfect as a centerpiece, trinket dish, dried fruit holder, or simply as a decorative object. Impressed mark "L. Michelaud - Limoges" and stamped "Limoges France Authentique" on the base.
32 cm long, 25 cm wide, 5 cm high. In very good overall condition for its age, with a minor glaze flaw on the end of the handle, a small yellow spot in the center, and a firing crack on one side, all discreet. Approximately 800g.
