Product description
Beautiful large covered earthenware pot by Boch Holland for Royal Sphinx, vintage, mid-20th century. Lovely baluster shape with a lid featuring a spherical handle and a printed cobalt blue design on a very light celadon ground, inspired by Delftware. The wide reserves adorned with floral bouquets alternate with ornamental motifs and decorative friezes. The base bears the printed Royal Boch Holland mark as well as a red quality control stamp.
18cm maximum diameter, 31.5cm height with lid and 24.5cm without lid. Excellent condition. Approximately 1 kg.
