Product description
A beautiful, imposing French water jug (broc) from the renowned brand H.B. & Cie (Hippolyte Boulenger) from Choisy-le-Roi. This example dates from the Art Deco period (circa 1920-1930) and features the sought-after "Lauriers" design: three sleek, green bands with laurel leaves.
The jug has a characteristic geometric handle and a slender silhouette, typical of early modernism. At 28 cm tall, this is a rare, large model, ideal as a showpiece or as a stylish flower vase.
