Beautiful and large earthenware tureen from the K&G Lunéville factory, Compiègne pattern, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century (1880-1900). Elegant round shape resting on a footed base, with two side handles and its original lid. Decorated in blue-green transfer on a frosted white background, featuring swans, floral friezes, medallions, and Rococo-style ornaments.
Height approximately 24 cm, width 30 cm including handles, diameter approximately 20 cm. In very good overall condition for its age, with a beautiful, naturally cracked antique glaze. There is a small, non-penetrating, and non-structural chip on the underside of the lid near one of the handles, two very small, discreet chips on the inner rim, as well as some minor stains and original firing/manufacturing flaws. A light patina is present on the foot, and there is a small, discreet glaze imperfection on the upper rim. Approximately 1.2 kg.
