Product description
Refined Danish lamp made of matte glazed pottery. Designed by Nils Thorsson; made by Royal Copenhagen for Fog & Mørup. First quality. Hand-painted faience with an embossed decoration of stylized birds and plants. From the Baca series of bowls, lamps and vases. With all marks: both factories, painter and designer. To be dated by a dash below the G: 1969-1973. In original working condition. Switch on the E27 fitting. The pottery is completely flawless; the fitting shows minimal signs of use. Comes with a new Danish clamp shade with loose white linen lid.
Height of lamp including fitting: 26.5 cm. Width of base: 7 cm. Height of shade: 18 cm. Shade diameter: bottom 20 cm, top 17 cm. Height of lamp including shade (as pictured; depending on the bulb chosen): 38 cm. Shade is still wrapped in plastic film, hence the sheen in photo 7.
