LACRISS, artist based in Rome, Italy, born in 1990.
A passion for art and drawing has guided the artist since childhood, with American pop culture particularly inspiring him on his artistic journey from passion to profession. His art is characterized by an elaborate artistic process that usually begins with an instinctive form on canvas, using multiple layers of acrylic paint, spray paint, graphite, and pastels. His works also appear in print and other media. Such a pop-urban style, explored and influenced by the world of comics and cartoons, is often accompanied by a desire to
tell, to be read, to depict moments of life, thoughts, satire, and contemporary society. Lacriss creates and paints in his studio in Rome, and many works are already in the hands of collectors worldwide.
