This Kehrä vase was designed by Finnish designer Tamara Aladin for the Riihimäen Lasi glassworks. Produced between 1964 and 1974, this iconic example of mid-century Scandinavian design is distinguished by its sculptural silhouette and raised circular motifs. Made of mold-blown glass, this vase features a deep cobalt blue hue that captures and reflects light. Its geometric shape, characteristic of the 1948 model, reflects the modernist approach of Finnish glassmaking during this period.
