A particularly beautiful KA72 display cabinet by the Swedish company Karl Andersson & Söner, designed by Göran Malmvall and introduced in 1972.
A now-classic Scandinavian display cabinet in which the clean lines of modernism are combined with exceptionally solid craftsmanship.

The cabinet is in very neat condition, both structurally and visually. The glass shelves and panels are intact, and the doors, hinges, and lighting also function properly.
There is a small scratch in the wood on the inside of the right door. This is not visible when the doors are closed and does not detract from the cabinet's appearance. For the sake of completeness, however, it has been clearly photographed.
The KA72 is still in production more than fifty years after its introduction. That speaks volumes about the strength of the design: understated enough to remain timeless, yet with sufficient character to be instantly recognizable as a piece of Scandinavian design furniture.
