⭐️ This elegant mid-century planter, designed by Kai Kristiansen and produced by Aksel Kjersgaard, beautifully showcases the refined craftsmanship of Danish modern design. The planter features a long rectangular rosewood box with striking grain patterns and rich warm tones, resting within a sculptural open-frame base. The solid rosewood frame forms a continuous geometric structure with clean mitred joints and softly rounded transitions where the legs meet the planter box, giving the piece a light and architectural presence. Inside sits the original galvanized metal liner, designed to hold plants while protecting the wood. The contrast between the warm rosewood and the industrial metal insert adds a subtle visual balance, while the open base design keeps the piece visually light and elegant from every angle.

⭐️ Deze elegante mid-century bloembak, ontworpen door Kai Kristiansen en geproduceerd door Aksel Kjersgaard, toont prachtig het verfijnde vakmanschap van Deens modern design. De bloembak bestaat uit een langwerpige rechthoekige bak van palissander met een opvallend nerfpatroon en warme diepe tinten, geplaatst in een sculpturaal open frame. Het massief houten frame vormt een doorlopende geometrische structuur met strakke verstekverbindingen en subtiel afgeronde overgangen waar de poten in de bak overlopen, wat het geheel een lichte en architectonische uitstraling geeft. Binnenin bevindt zich de originele verzinkte metalen bak, bedoeld om planten te houden en tegelijkertijd het hout te beschermen.
