This beautiful antique mirror is entirely handcrafted by Italian master craftsmen. The frame, with its elegant wavy profile and many facets, is carved from solid wood and embellished with authentic gold leaf, creating a timeless and sophisticated look.
The mirror glass shows an original patina with natural oxidation, characteristic of antique pieces, giving it an authentic, lived-in charm. Two stamped marks are visible on the back, made directly into the wood: one appears to be a workshop name or the maker's signature, the other confirms the use of traditional gilding techniques.
Probably coming from the Tuscan or Venetian tradition - both famous for their fine mouldings - this mirror stands out for its harmonious shapes and hand-finished decorative details.
Its generous dimensions make it a perfect eye-catcher for a hallway, living room or bedroom. Fits beautifully in classic interiors, but also as a stylish contrast in modern surroundings.
