A beautiful Silver Goblet made in Vienna around 1860 by Josef Carl Klinkosch (1822-1888). Josef Carl Ritter von Klinkosch was a well-known Viennese silversmith and court supplier. Klinkosch refined the style of goods produced at the factory. Many artists, both domestic and foreign, were responsible for developing the designs. Numerous silver and gold medals at exhibitions for high-quality silver production were the result. This beautiful cup is decorated with several detailed designs of Horsemen with Horses around the bottom of the cup, giving the object a sophisticated look. The goblet is weighted with plaster at the bottom of the base, the total weight is 950 grams. See photos.
