Jo Hammerborg ‘Studio’ Floor Lamp by Fog & Mørup, Denmark, 1970s
A floor lamp designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup in the 1970s. The lamp features Hammerborg’s signature minimalist lines, with a cylindrical shade in lacquered metal balanced on a slender stem and circular base. The design is functional yet refined, typical of Hammerborg’s work, with a focus on clean proportions and subtle detailing that reflect the spirit of Danish modern lighting of the period. Finished in the original white color with the original chrome switch on the shade in functional condition.
In good vintage condition with same patina and marks on paint and chrome. Base has some more marks then the shade and stem.
