About the Artist:
Jeroen Bechtold (b. 1953) is a prominent Dutch ceramicist and designer, alumnus of the prestigious Gerrit Rietveld Academie. His illustrious career includes collaborations with Rosenthal (Germany) and Omega (Switzerland). His partnership with Flora Gouda in the late 1980s resulted in some of the most avant-garde ceramic designs of the era, characterized by sharp geometric lines and futuristic aesthetics.
