Information about Vitra
While Vitra makes reissues of other Jean Prouve items, this was only made for 1 year. It is numbered 024, so presumably less than a hundred were made. It was originally designed by Prouve in 1945. It is marked Jean Prouve by G-Star Raw for Vitra and also authorized reissue. Because it was a limited release product, its availability is scarce.
It features a foam padding with 100% cotton upholstery. Its simplicity and elegance are true works of art
