Material: Ceramic Period: 1970s Country of Origin: Italy Good Condition According to Its Age and Use Dimensions: 40 x 23 x 20 cm Fun Italian ceramic vase, 1970s. Large daisies of various colors (white, electric blue, yellow, and red), hand-painted, spread out on a turquoise background with a watercolor effect. Its shape widens in the upper half and narrows towards the mouth and base. It has two large, thin handles. Its irregular finish is a sign of its artisanal manufacture. Glaze is a vitreous material that covers ceramics and makes them waterproof. Glazes are obtained through a mixture of silica and lead, in which the lead acts as a flux. This vase will add great decorative value to any space in your home, a touch of color. The base of the piece reads "Italy".
