Product description
Richly aged metal trinket box from Post War Japan. The metal features a rich patina, showing a well lived life on this half-a-century old box. The relief sculpted box features Japanese characters, and a large dragon spanning the top. The sides are adorned with bamboo and other botanical motifs. The interior is lined with wood, perhaps cedar. "Made in Japan" is stamped below.  Sourced in Leiden, Netherlands. 15cm Wide x 9cm Deep x 4cm High
