Beautiful, Heavy Glass Vase by Jan Beránek - Czech Mid-Century Design
A rare and iconic piece of vintage art glass, designed by the renowned Czech glass designer Jan Beránek and crafted at the renowned Škrdlovice glassworks around 1960.
This piece is a beautiful example of Czech Mid-Century Modern design. The vase has a deep, intense cobalt blue color and is characteristically decorated with a row of hand-applied, clear glass studs/rings around the body.
