Product description
The Octave is a unique XXL statement piece known for its organic, undulating metal shapes. A true eye-catcher that fits perfectly into a Space Age-inspired or eclectic interior.
The lamp is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, making it robust and sturdy (and heavy!).
The model is equipped with 6 light bulbs (E27 fitting). The design dates from 2004 and is considered an example of pure craftsmanship by renowned Dutch designer Jacco Maris. He is internationally acclaimed for his striking artistic objects, always with a very bold and precious appearance. A true statement piece above the dining table, in a spacious hallway, or even in a conservatory, beautifully reflecting sunlight.
The lamp is in very good vintage condition; see the photos. They are true to form. There is a slight dull glow here and there, but that can certainly be polished. It has been in use for many years.
A few bulbs still need to be replaced with LEDs, but all wiring and fittings are working. Unfortunately, it has become redundant for us.
