1960s Harvey Guzzini Table Lamp Forma
Materials: Round chrome ring base & rod. Chrome lid. Ornamental white plastic screw and parts. Round yellow-brown acrylic mushroom lampshade with elongated slots. It has a white acrylic layer inside. Chrome slat and ornamental chrome nut. Some metal parts. Bakelite E27 socket.

Electricity: 1 bulb E27, 1 x 60 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
