Aldo Londi, Italian ceramicist, designer, and artistic director.
Manufacturer: He worked almost his entire life for the Bitossi Ceramiche factory, where he served as artistic director from 1946 to 1976.
Style: Aldo Londi is best known for the "Rimini Blu" series, which became iconic of Italian design from the 1950s to the 1970s.
Significant signature:
Deep blue glaze with crackle effect.
