Elegant Italian six-arm chandelier in brass with beautifully textured frosted and pressed glass shades, attributed to the Stilnovo style and produced in Italy during the mid-century period, circa 1950s–1970s.
The sculptural curved arms and warm brass finish combine beautifully with the distinctive glass shades featuring alternating ribbed and diamond-cut motifs.
These refined decorative details create a warm and atmospheric light effect and are highly characteristic of Italian modernist lighting from the period.
The chandelier is fitted with six small E14 sockets.
The wiring has been checked by a specialist and the suspension mechanism is fully functional.
The glass shades are in very good vintage condition without noticeable damage. The brass structure shows light age-related wear and patina consistent with normal use and age.
Without a visible maker’s label, the lamp cannot be definitively attributed, though the design strongly recalls lighting by Stilnovo, Lumi, Arredoluce and related Italian manufacturers of the era.
The glass is possibly Murano, or Murano-style, as frequently used in Italian lighting production of the period.
