Product description
Striking and elegant Italian pendant lamp attributed to Mazzega, executed in Murano glass and brass during the 1970s.
The lamp features a beautifully molded frosted glass shade with a sculptural lantern-like silhouette, combining clear ribbed contours with softly textured satin panels that create a warm and atmospheric diffusion of light.
The organic faceted form and substantial glass quality are characteristic of high-end Italian lighting from the Murano region during the mid-century period.
Suspended from its original brass canopy and chain, the piece carries a refined balance between glamour and restraint, making it suitable for both modern and classic interiors.
When illuminated, the frosted Murano glass produces a soft ambient glow while the clear molded edges elegantly catch and reflect the light.
A highly decorative piece that works beautifully in an entryway, hallway, bedroom, powder room, or as a statement light in a smaller dining space.
The lamp remains in very good vintage condition.
