An elegant decorative panel in genuine black lacquer, finely adorned with a "Sekirei" bird (Japanese wagtail) and a floral motif, entirely handcrafted using a traditional gold and silver inlay technique.
The contrast between the deep black background, the delicate gold lines, and the deep green passe-partout creates a refined composition, typical of Japanese decorative pieces intended for export in the second half of the 20th century.
Every detail is executed with precision: stylized plumage, fine and balanced lines, and a handwritten signature accompanied by a red seal, attesting to its workshop origins.
The piece comes with its original certificate of authenticity, indicating a limited edition of 200 copies, each piece exhibiting slight variations due to its handcrafted nature.
Presented in a double-framed gold border, it integrates perfectly into an elegant, classic, or contemporary interior.
