Product description
A superb daybed that's part bed, part sofa—or rather, neither bed nor sofa, as is the definition of a daybed. It's made of teak with its original green fabric and is in perfect condition. This iconic model was designed by Ingmar Relling and Haldor Vik and produced by the Norwegian company Ekornes Svane in the 1960s under the name Svanette.
You can add cushions and place it against a wall to create a sofa. Its versatility allows it to find its place in any room: a lightweight alternative to a sofa in a living room, a spare bed in a child's bedroom, or even an elegant bench in an entryway.
