Discover this Imari porcelain plate with scalloped edges, adorned with a refined Japonisant decoration depicting various flowers from Japan's springtime nature. It was created during the late Edo to Meiji period, at the end of the 19th century. Its authenticity and historic charm make it a unique piece, ideal for collectors or lovers of traditional Asian art.
Made from fine porcelain and hand-decorated, it is characteristic of the Imari style, with its soft blend of kiln blue, terracotta red and gilding featuring Japanese floral decoration.
