A generously sized IKEA FORSBY dining table made of solid pine, manufactured in Finland. The original manufacturer's sticker on the underside identifies the model as FORSBY, bears the year 1999, and confirms its Finnish origin. The table is characterized by its exceptionally solid and straightforward construction. The solid rectangular tabletop rests on four sturdy, square wooden legs and a surrounding apron. The deliberately simple design and generous proportions lend the table a robust, timeless character. The pine wood has a warm, dark-stained finish, allowing the vibrant natural grain and numerous knots to remain visible. This materiality gives the table its characteristic rustic look and makes it suitable for combining with both classic vintage furniture and more modern, minimalist interiors.
