Beautiful sofa by Pier Luigi Frighetto. He is the founder of the Italian interior design company BlackTie. This sofa was created in 1996 in collaboration with Roberto Lazzeroni (known for the Martha Rocking Chair) and Ross Lovegrove, a British industrial designer better known for his work on the Sony Walkman. Pier Luigi Frighetto confirmed via email that this sofa was indeed designed by him. He later also used the photo that was sent to him on his.
This unique sofa is made of high-quality cowhide leather with high-quality stitching. The seat is made of zebrano wood veneer on plywood. Combined with the steel legs, this sofa exudes luxury. The flexible legs can swivel so that the sofa stands firmly even on an uneven floor. The cushions have special ventilation holes so that the seat always remains at a comfortable temperature.
This spacious sofa looks great in any modern interior, whether you are going for mid-century, Scandinavian, or urban-modern. The flowing and sturdy design is inviting to sit on. The sofa is indeed wonderfully comfortable, whether for guests or curled up in the evening with a blanket and a cup of tea for a good movie. The sturdy ears on the armrests create a cozy feeling.

Condition: Very good condition. The cushions were recently refilled for a better seating experience. There are 2 small scratches, 1 on the inside of the armrest and 1 on the seat. These are barely noticeable. (See the last photos for a close-up of these.)
