A true collector’s piece from IKEA’s golden era. The Impala sofa, designed by Gillis Lundgren in the 1970s, is one of the most iconic vintage IKEA designs – and increasingly sought-after by design lovers worldwide.
This particular model features grey upholstery. The design balances comfort and style with its sculptural silhouette, tubular chrome frame, and generously cushioned seat and backrest.
A rare find in today’s market, especially in this condition and color. Perfect for lovers of mid-century modern, Scandinavian design, and vintage IKEA furniture. The upholstery and filling have been replaced with new ones. The chrome elements are flaking off - this does not affect the appearance or use of the sofa.
