This high-quality designer bed (180 x 200 cm) from Hülsta's Fancy series has been in our possession since 2001 and has only been moved once.
We are a pet-free, non-smoking household and have always treated the bed with care, so the white wooden frame is in perfect condition. There are a few minor paint imperfections on the front silver metal feet ("runners") because they are more or less exposed to the air. There are a few minimal chips on the corners of the headboards, and some small scratches on the tops of the nightstands. The curved plexiglass panels are flawless.
The two gooseneck lamps were cut off because they weren't very practical for everyday use (the glass shades couldn't be properly attached). Therefore, there are still remnants of the mounting hardware on the rod to the left and right of the headboard, but these are not noticeable and could potentially be removed when disassembling the bed.
Otherwise, the bed is in excellent condition and originally cost well over €3,000. The Hülsta slatted bed bases (the 12-year warranty has long since expired) are available upon request, but they should ideally be replaced as they are starting to creak.
The bed is extremely sturdy thanks to its joints and solid wood construction and is still a real eye-catcher.
Since we have decided to furnish a new bedroom, the bed will only be assembled until May 26, 2026 at the latest. After that date, it will only be available for viewing and collection in disassembled condition in 42855 Remscheid. Shipping is NOT available.
