20 years after the passing of Rock 'n' Roll artist and artist Herman Brood, his wife Xandra Brood and sister Beppie Brood discovered several boxes packed with previously unseen drawings, letters, postcards, sketches, and poetry full of humor, love, drama, and sorrow. This special discovery has now been compiled into a mega edition. The book is published by Komma.
This limited edition, with a print run of only 500 copies, includes over 3,750 previously unseen works by Herman Brood. With its 2,000 pages, a size of 33 x 47 cm, and a thickness of 15 cm, this edition is impressive not only in terms of content but also in terms of size. The edition is handmade, numbered, and signed by Beppie and Xandra Brood. Together with a booklet—which includes the foreword by Beppie and Xandra—and a certificate of authenticity, the book comes in a beautifully designed box with lenticular printing.
