This is an acrylic on marouflé created by Helen Nieuwendijk (b. 1946). Helen Nieuwendijk is a Dutch artist born in Amsterdam. After studying sociology, she followed her artistic training at the Wackers Academy and the Van Gogh studio. Her work is at the intersection of figuration and abstraction, characterized by expressive colors, imaginative forms and a light touch. She works with a variety of techniques, including oil, acrylic, pastel and printmaking. Her art is included in several private collections at home and abroad and is regularly exhibited and auctioned.
