Description:
Offered is a very decorative set of four Herr brand ceramic tins, made in Germany.
Each box is embossed on the bottom:
"Herr - Original manufactured - Handmade - Hand painted"
These tins are designed in a stylized Art Nouveau style, with floral motifs (water lilies / sun motif) and old lettering.
The decorations were painted by hand, making each piece unique.
The tins are labeled with:
Peppermint
- Cough tea
- Black tea
Fennel
The artfully crafted lids are decorated in relief with a greenish contrasting pattern.

Height incl. lid: approx. 20 cm Width/depth: approx. 10 x 10 cm
Condition:
Very good condition with beautiful, glossy glaze. Fine crackle structure (typical and intentional for this style), minimal signs of use due to age. No visible chips or cracks.

Original handwork and hand-painting - rarely completely preserved. A charming set for collectors, lovers of nostalgic ceramics or decorative herb jars.
