A beautifully sparkling and timelessly elegant lidded box (bonbonnière/confectionery dish) made of high-quality, very heavy lead crystal. The glass is colored throughout in a warm, sophisticated amber hue (honey yellow) and features an elaborate, deep oval and arched cut. The lid knob is precisely faceted in a hexagonal shape and catches the light beautifully. Stylistically, the timeless design can be placed in the Art Deco or Mid-Century period. Weighing in at 900 grams, the box has an exceptionally substantial feel. Height: approx. 12 cm (with lid) Diameter: approx. 13 cm Weight: approx. 900 g (very solid crystal glass). Condition: Very good and absolutely ready for display. The glass has no chips, cracks, or flea bites on the inner rim! There are only minimal scuff marks on the base from age-related wear (normal for genuine vintage pieces).
