Hartmut Lohmeyer was a German architect and designer. Early in his career, Lohmeyer studied architecture at the Technical University of Karlsruhe. One of his professors there was Egon Eiermann. Subsequently, Hartmut Lohmeyer worked as a freelance architect and designer. He also taught for a time at Alexandria University in Cairo.
The armchair offered here dates from the 1950s. This model was produced in very limited quantities and is, therefore, rare. The leather shows signs of use, such as slight yellowing and minor imperfections. The chrome appears slightly cloudy in places. The item will be shipped disassembled.
