Beautiful hand-painted Russian lacquer box from Kholuy with the well-known fairytale motif “Alyonushka”. Deep black high-gloss lacquer with fine golden details, red lacquered interior – a decorative and collectible piece for a cabinet, shelf or coffee table.
Perfect as a jewellery box or for small keepsakes. The base is signed/inscribed (see photos).
