The oriental rug is a unique piece Kashguli Gabbeh Iran This rug was knotted by Qashqai nomads in the Zagros Mountains in the southwest of Iran. The nomads use a local wool rich in fat, the wool is hand-twisted and dyed with vegetable dyes. The weft and warp of these high-quality nomadic rugs are made of wool. The Gabbeh rugs are traditional tribal rugs. The word Gabbeh comes from the Persian and means natural. Size Width 130CM Length 180CM The carpet is in a very good vintage condition!
