Product description
A pink hat. An outstretched finger. And an old man in a striped sweater.
This work is raw, dry and full of character - a snapshot between two figures that at first glance seem cartoonish, but at the same time touch on something universal: confrontation, difference in generations, or just a crazy conversation on the street.
The words "old" and "man" are written above the figures, as are little notes such as "stick" and "very separate head" - as if they were a kind of inner commentary. This gives the work something absurd as well as disarming.
Made with spraypaint, acrylic and marker on thick paper, and glued tightly to an MDF board 1.8 cm thick.
A hanging wire is attached to the back - so the work can be hung directly on the wall.
