Elegant half-moon console table in cherry wood, topped with a stunning dark marble slab with pronounced veining in shades of black, cream, and rosy brown.
Its slender silhouette, symmetrical lines, and discreet gilt metal details give it a Directoire/Louis XVI Revival-inspired look, both classic and easily integrated into a contemporary interior.
The console features a central drawer with a key and a large lower shelf, ideal for displaying books, decorative objects, or baskets. Its rounded ends and shallow depth make it particularly well-suited to an entryway, hallway, living room, or behind a sofa.
The contrast between the warm wood and the striking marble gives it a great deal of character.

Very good vintage condition. The marble has micro-scratches and signs of wear visible up close, consistent with its age and use, without detracting from the overall aesthetic of the piece. A few minor signs of wear are also present on the wood.
