Adjustable vintage Hala Desk Lamp designed by H. Busquet (1914-1977) for Hala in the 1940s. This Hala desk lamp is made of iron and is fully adjustable. The arm can tilt and swivel. Height adjustable from 54 to 77 cm. Also the shade is adjustable (diameter shade is 15 cm).
This vintage desk lamp has a very industrial look and both the shade and base are 'weathered' in this style. See photos for condition.
This model is quite rare and you hardly come across any. Branded: Hala. Since 1909, Hala has stood for quality fixtures. Industrial designer H.Th.J.A. Busquet was employed by Hala from 1932 to 1955. In 1955, H. Busquet manufactured another lamp for Hala's solar series (now a design classic).
