Product description
Thams lounge chair in good condition. The seat and back cushions are made of genuine leather, are in perfect condition and have a very beautiful patina. The back and sides, as well as the armrests, are finished in black faux leather, typical of the period. The armrests show a light patina. The chair stands on dark brown wooden legs and offers excellent seating comfort.
The Danish designer Gustav Thams realized many designs for his own company. Thams Kvalitet was one of the leading Danish manufacturers in the 1970s and, in addition to leather armchairs, specialized primarily in the production of teak furniture. He also worked for other furniture manufacturers and was one of the most influential designers in Scandinavian design.
