Guéridon / side table – circle of, Atelier Janine Abraham & Dirk Jan Rol (ca. 1955–1958) - Probably produced by Rougier (France).
Rare mid-century side table in rattan/cane. Framed with sculptural open weave featuring beautiful concentric patterns in olive-colored 'jonc de Sadroplast' (polyvinyl chloride, PVC) as an additional accent. The piece rests on elegant tapering black steel legs beneath a steel support frame. The legs are finished with brass feet at the bottom.
A very special and unique piece. A statement piece for your living room, hall, boutique interior, or veranda.
