Description:
GISO - Ceiling Lamp - Opaline Glass - Art Deco School Lamp Netherlands - Art Deco - 1930-1940. Very nice opaline Art Deco ceiling/school lamp. The lamp is attributed to Giso. However, this cannot be proved with certainty by old leaflets from the 1920s and 1930s. The fitting in the fixture has been replaced and rewired. It is very easily adjustable in height. The lamp is in very good condition, but given its age, obviously has small spots and pits in the chrome-plated brass, but not distracting and give a nice patina to the lamp. The lamp is shipped very well, separate from the fixture, (its 3 screws) in 1 package insured.
