This is a model 64-8778, a luxurious version with comfort upholstery, extra seat width of 48.5 cm, medium backrest and 4D NPR armrests. The adjustment mechanism and the five-armed star base are made of Aluminium Perl Metallic.
The chair has been little used and is in new condition, including the upholstery in Gabriel Chess Plain fabric, olive green.
