This authentic Gijs van der Sluis Model 540 Sofa Bed is in good vintage condition, but does show a small trace of its history: there is a small tear in the blue-grey melange fabric on the front corner of the seat (see photos). This absolutely does not detract from the firm seating comfort or the decorative value of this piece of furniture.
