For sale is a high-quality, hand-knotted Qom rug measuring 216 x 142 cm.
The rug features an exceptionally fine knotting of approximately 1.2 million knots per square meter and is made of fine kork wool with silk. The elegant, classic pattern with a light central field, floral ornaments, a detailed blue inner border, and a vibrant red main border makes it a particularly decorative and valuable piece for living rooms, offices, reception areas, or collections.
The rug is in very good condition. The slight waviness visible in some photos is simply due to something being placed under the rug during photography and does not constitute a defect. The fringes, colors, and overall appearance are very well-maintained. The original label from Pelzer Söhne carpet store is present.
Due to its fine craftsmanship, the rug appears to varying degrees of vibrancy depending on the light and displays the precision in decoration typical of fine Qom rugs.
